These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Zente Express marketplace at https://zentexpress.com. By browsing, registering, placing an order, or selling on the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. The Zente Express Marketplace
Zente Express operates a multi-vendor marketplace that connects customers with independent sellers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Zente Express is not the manufacturer or importer of listed products. Sellers are responsible for their listings, stock, pricing, product claims, and seller obligations. Zente Express provides the platform, discovery, checkout, payment facilitation, delivery coordination, and customer support.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You agree to provide accurate account, contact, delivery, and payment information, keep it updated, and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
3. Seller Listings and Product Information
Product descriptions, images, prices, stock, and warranties are supplied by sellers and are presented in good faith. Minor differences in colour, packaging, or accessories may occur. Zente Express may review, edit, suspend, or remove listings that are inaccurate, unsafe, prohibited, or otherwise non-compliant.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when it is confirmed for processing or dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order because of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, prohibited items, or seller issues. If payment was taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and discounts are shown at checkout where relevant. Promotions, coupons, and flash sales are subject to eligibility, stock, time limits, and the terms stated for each promotion. We may correct pricing or promotional errors before accepting an order.
6. Payments
We support the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, debit or credit cards, and bank transfer. Prepaid orders are processed after payment confirmation. Cash on Delivery orders must be paid in full to the courier unless our stated inspection process allows otherwise.
7. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location, courier capacity, weather, public holidays, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer on delivery. Please inspect parcels on receipt and report visible damage promptly. Failed deliveries may be returned to the seller after reasonable attempts.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Order cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Warranty support is governed by our Warranty Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.
9. User Content and Reviews
You may submit reviews, photographs, and other content. You grant Zente Express a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and moderate that content for operating and promoting the marketplace. You must not post unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or private information about another person.
10. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the platform, including by committing fraud, interfering with security, scraping or copying data at scale, manipulating reviews, abusing returns, impersonating others, or listing prohibited items. See our Acceptable Use Policy and Prohibited Items Policy for details.
11. Intellectual Property
The Zente Express name, logo, website design, and platform content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Seller and brand content remains the property of its respective owners. See our Intellectual Property Policy for takedown procedures.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account or listing where we reasonably believe these Terms, seller obligations, or applicable law have been breached, or where necessary to protect customers, sellers, or the platform. We may also restrict access to investigate fraud or security incidents.
13. Disclaimers and Liability
The marketplace is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Zente Express is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses caused by seller conduct, courier delays, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Zente Express against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, your listings or content, or your violation of another person’s rights.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. We encourage you to contact support first so we can resolve the issue. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the courts at Multan, Punjab, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection forum.
16. Changes and Contact
